That's the part that makes this so frustrating, right? You're not confused. You're not missing information. You know that the wine most nights probably isn't helping. You know your body feels better when you move it, when you sleep, when you actually eat something before 2pm.

You have the information. You may even have the plan.

Except things don't settle. And later keeps getting rescheduled.
